Please see below some information regarding the processing of your data. The Data Controller, as per the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) Regulation 2016/679), is the company Max Mara S.r.l., with registered office in Via Giulia Maramotti, 4 - 42124 Reggio Emilia, Italy. The data you have communicated to us will be processed in Europe, mainly using electronic means, as well as by third-party suppliers duly appointed as Data Processors, to manage the booking of your entrance to ‘The Max Mara Jacket Circle’ experiential pop-up at the Portrait in Milan and to allow you to take part in the entire experience. In particular, we will send you an email containing a ticket with a unique QR code that will grant you access to the pop-up when you scan it at the entrance, where the ticket will be digitally verified to confirm its validity, for access to the jacket try-on space (Private Room) set up inside the pop-up, if you have made the relevant booking, where the ticket will again be digitally verified to confirm its validity, and finally, for the collection of a gift at the end of the experience, by scanning the QR code in the store. We confirm that all necessary measures have been taken to protect your personal data, which will be stored on the servers of a Data Controller appointed for this purpose for the entire time necessary to pursue the objectives described in this policy and in any case for no more than 30 days after sending the email to the indicated address. In the event of any transfer of data to third countries with legislation other than European legislation, we adopt measures to ensure this occurs in compliance with European legislation, including the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted. We remind you that if you have already given or if you give your specific consent for the CRM purposes of Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l., the data may be processed by the latter as outlined in the relevant Privacy Policy https://it.maxmara.com/info/legal-area/privacy-policies and in compliance with the consent granted therein.

At any time, you may revoke your consent, request access to your personal data, request that it be updated, modified or deleted, or exercise any other right provided for by current legislation regarding the protection of personal data by sending an email to infoprivacy@maxmara.com or by sending a letter by post to the address indicated above. If you are not satisfied with how we process your data or with the response provided, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the regulatory authority of the EU country in which you habitually reside or work.
